Life Science (Jones)- Study the classification hierarchy using King Phillip ....  and the Animal Kingdom notes.




Advanced Science (Jones)- Study Particle Theory notes and Classifying Matter notes.  Work up to 6.4 on the review packet which is due Friday.


All students should share their report card and other included information with parents.  Report card envelopes are due back on Friday.  Parent-Teacher conferences are Thursday, November 10 from 11-7.  You do not need an appointment to attend.

Language Arts (Williams)- Read AR for 15 minutes.  Study character notes.

February Parent Communication Blog March 9th is the District Band Assessment! Reminder: Only CLEAR water bottles with CLEAR water inside are allowed in school! Homework/News from Teachers Jones:  Advanced Science- The Matter Scavenger Hunt was due on Friday.  Be sure that you have submitted your final product through Google Classroom. Life Science- Quiz on Protists and Fungi next week. Hall: Perry LA+:  Students should read for 20 minutes each night.  2/13: Finish at least one page of your draft and write five questions a reader may have about your writing (like we practiced in class on 2/13). This is homework, due Tuesday, 2/18.  2/20: Students should have more than one handwritten page of their draft, with elaboration techniques underlined or highlighted (like we practiced on 2/18 & 2/19). 3rd Quarter IR Projects are due Wednesday, Mar. 26th.
