Life Science (Jones)- Study the water cycle AND the carbon cycle.

Advanced Science (Jones)- Review pp. 41-51 plus the vocabulary at the end of the 6th grade review packet.  We will have an assessment on Monday, December 5th.  Quiz on the Periodic Table/bonding Thursday, December 1st and expect a unit test sometime next week.

 Math 7:  Quiz today on solving practical problems involving proportions.  No homework.

 Williams- Essays due tomorrow.  Read 15 minutes of AR

Language Arts (Williams)- Read AR for 15 minutes.  Study character notes.

February Parent Communication Blog March 9th is the District Band Assessment! Reminder: Only CLEAR water bottles with CLEAR water inside are allowed in school! Homework/News from Teachers Jones:  Advanced Science- The Matter Scavenger Hunt was due on Friday.  Be sure that you have submitted your final product through Google Classroom. Life Science- Quiz on Protists and Fungi next week. Hall: Perry LA+:  Students should read for 20 minutes each night.  2/13: Finish at least one page of your draft and write five questions a reader may have about your writing (like we practiced in class on 2/13). This is homework, due Tuesday, 2/18.  2/20: Students should have more than one handwritten page of their draft, with elaboration techniques underlined or highlighted (like we practiced on 2/18 & 2/19). 3rd Quarter IR Projects are due Wednesday, Mar. 26th.
